I stalked him across the midway and almost gave myself away by sneezing but at that moment a police car with siren on came by and he didn't hear. He turned around a second before dying and was able to jump back, but I dived under his shot. He broke away and got space again (I need to get better at not letting people get away) but I juked his third shot and jumped over his fourth (after faking a dive) and got him.
